Awakened Wellness Retreats are a nourishing and inspiring day, weekend or week for your mind, body and soul.
This is an invitation for you to slow down, connect, nurture and nourish yourself and to refocus on your life and what is important to you.
These retreats will be held in various locations around WA & Sri Lanka.
Who knows where else we will venture to as time goes on!
You will have the opportunity to spend time out of your day focussed completely on you. This is such a magical and transformative time to take for yourself. You will have the time to delve into any limiting beliefs, habits and past trauma that might be holding you back from living in your truest potential and happiest life, and recreate new beliefs, habits and strategies to lead you forward with motivation and confidence in yourself and your life.
You will have the opportunity to reconnect to SELF. To connect to your heart and your inner guidance. This is where your magic lies. When you connect to this place more and more, you learn to trust your intuition. This is very powerful!
It is the perfect opportunity for you to reset, recharge and nourish yourself again so that you are full of energy, inspiration and vitality for your future.
Have you wanted to go to a wellness retreat but found it hard to find the time and money?
That’s one of the main reasons why I have created and love the idea of one day wellness retreats. You get the benefits of time away from busy life, a moment to yourself, transformation and growth, and that feeling of rejuvenation without having to get leave the state or spend a whole lot of money.
I also strive to make all weekend retreats and overseas retreats as affordable as possible for everyone. Payment plans are also always available on request as I believe money should not be a limiting factor for you to heal and grow.
These day retreats all cover different topics so that you can attend various retreats if feel you need to fill up your cup regularly. They will include various wellness activities like Slow Yoga Flow (a mix of Vinyasa and Yin), Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, meditation, breathwork, body and self love, self-empowerment, working on letting go of limiting beliefs and creating new and empowering ones, taking control of your mind, cyclic living, journaling, mindful living and eating, energy balancing and work, manifestation, goal setting and creating your life compass, connection, nourishing vegan and gluten free lunch and snacks and much more!!!
Awakened Wellness incorporates a large variety of aspects of wholistic wellness, giving you a taste and as well as gaining tips and skills to start incorporating them into your life at home.
They focus on FILLING UP YOUR CUP, EMPOWERMENT, GROWTH AND CONNECTION TO SELF AND OTHERS.
Awakened Wellness Retreats are designed to open you up to a new way of living and being.
A way that allows you to feel empowered and to know you are totally capable and in control of your happiness and health.
This retreat is suitable for both Women & Men.
All levels of experience are welcome and catered for.
