“I was fortunate enough to have a one on one yoga session with Mandy in early February this year. I had been training for an up coming competition in March and thought I could probably use the session as part of my weekly training/recovery. I got a lot more than a good stretching session. Through Mandy’s calm teaching I let go of not only some physical tension I was carrying around but some emotional baggage as well, I wasn’t expecting this. Mandy gave me the time and space to experience my feelings and I left feeling lighter in my head, heart and body.
My first experience was so good I’ve continued to see Mandy in a group session weekly which I love and look forward to. It’s my gift to myself each week, a way of being kind to my body.
