The Full Moon is a magical and powerful time to connect to self, connect to your heart and inner guidance and to let go of anything that is not serving you. From your thoughts, feelings, actions, habits.. anything that is not having a positive impact on you and your life.

After you ‘let go’ you will have some time to think about what you are ‘calling in’ to replace that new ‘space’ with. Things that serve your highest good. New thoughts, feelings, beliefs, habits, actions.

When you let go of things that do not serve you, you create space for things that do!!

Mandy invites you to take some time out of your daily life, to disconnect from the external clutter and to re-connect to your inner peace. This is where YOUR magic lies.

Come and join me for 3 hours dedicated to you.

The evening will start at 6pm with some Yin Yoga (suitable for all levels), meditation and breath-work. You will then move into some rituals and journaling that facilitates ‘letting go’ and also ‘calling in’.

A sharing circle, raw balls and herbal tea will follow.

There is nothing more powerful then connecting to self and to like minded souls. Its a nice reminder that we are all on this beautiful (sometimes challenging) journey of life and connection is such a powerful energy that can uplift and inspire us.

What you need to bring?

-your own yoga mat, pillow or bolster, blanket, diary and pen

-dress in comfortable clothes to move in
