The New Moon is a magical and powerful times to connect to self, connect to your heart and inner guidance and to set some intents for the month and life ahead.

Mandy invites you to take some time out of your daily life, to disconnect from the external clutter and to re-connect to your inner peace. This is where YOUR magic lies.

Come and join Mandy for 3 hours dedicated to you.

The evening will start at 6pm with some Restorative Yoga (suitable for all levels), meditation and breath-work. You will then move into some intention setting via heart connection and Mandy will guide you through a powerful manifestation visualisation that works!!

A sharing circle, raw balls and herbal tea will follow.

There is nothing more powerful then connecting to self and to like minded souls.

Its a nice reminder that we are all on this beautiful (sometimes challenging) journey of life and connection is such a powerful energy that can uplift and inspire us.

Spots are limited to 15 for an intimate setting.

What you need to bring?

-your own yoga mat, pillow or bolster, blanket, diary and pen-dress in comfortable clothes to move in
