It is a non invasive procedure where I work with channelling higher frequencies of energy into your energetic system to leave you feeling balanced, grounded, aligned and like you have “filled up your cup”.

Sessions are 60 minutes long and include some breath work, sound bowls as well as reiki. Intuitively I may also bring in other modalities of healing if it aligns with your outcome for the session.
